I weighed in at 178.6 this morning.
I know some of it is from all the weight training.
Also, some is because I am hungry ALL. THE. DANG. TIME.
So I scheduled a fill.

Already I feel better.
More "in control."
Today was a good food day. I will NOT see the 180's and I will be back to the 160's ASAP!
