Milestones!

  1. Lose 50 pounds (8/29/11)
  2. Wear size 18 jeans  (9/15/11)
  3. Wear size 16 jeans (10/20/11)
  4. Wear size 14 jeans (12/9/11)
  5. Wear size 12 jeans (1/15/12)
  6. Wear size 10 jeans (3/2/12)
  7. Wear size 8 jeans (is this even possible?) (6/14/12) Again. 
  8. Shop in a "regular store" with my friends... and actually be able to buy something. (12/31/11)
  9. Run 1 mile without stopping (9/6/11)
  10. Run 2 miles without stopping  (11/10/11) 
  11. Run 3 miles without stopping (12/1/11)42 min It was actually 3.5... but who's counting? Wait, I AM! 
  12. Run 4 miles without stopping (12/12/11)  50 min
  13. Run 5 miles without stopping (2/7/12)
  14. Run 6 miles without stopping
  15. Go to a Zumba class and feel comfortable February 2012 
  16. Lose 70 pounds (11/11/11)
  17. Wear an x-large shirt (12/25/11)
  18. Lose 80 pounds (12/16/11)
  19. Lose 90 pounds (2/7/12)
  20. Wear a large shirt (4/10/12)
  21. Lose 100 pounds (4/12/12) Must do again.
  22. Lose 110 pounds (6/14/12) Must do again
  23. Lose 120 pounds 
  24. Lose 130 pounds
  25. Wear a medium shirt (7/20/12)
  26. Be at goal weight.
  27. Find an exercise partner
  28. Be under 200 pounds! (12/9/11)
  29. Over weight BMI (4/18/12) AGAIN.. ugh
  30. Healthy BMI
  31. Kick boxing class and not die!
  32. Bike 30 miles at 15 12 miles per hour.
  33. Walk without my thighs rubbing... gross! 
  34. Wear cowboy clothes and look adorable! I can do it! 
  35. Complete a 1/2 marathon.
