I don't wann either... 181.4

That last 10 pound gain was real....

I tried to excuse it and say it wasn't a real gain... must be water... or muscle... anything..

Nope. Two Mondays in a row have read the same way.

Time to get real.

I will not go up one more pound!

  1. It probably is real...real muscle. I hear crossfit is great for that. If you feel better in your clothes, don't sweat that scale-bitch! Good luck!
