Today: 185.4
Loss: .2 pounds.

Start weight: 277
Total Loss: 91.6

I'm always hoping that the scale will forgive me- just this one time- for eating like crap. Good news, it doesn't work that way.
Workouts have been pretty good, food , not so much! :) Just gotta keep on keepin' on!
