Yucky"ness" in disguise!

So i'm really trying to improve my protein intake... it has been more difficult than I expected!
I love yogurt. I typically eat Weight Watchers Vanilla!
Calories: 100
Protein: 6g
Sugars 11 g
Dietary Fiber: 3
DELICIOUSNESS: yummy:)


So I decided to try Yoplait Greek yogurt
Calories: 120
Protein: 17 g
Sugars: 9
Dietary Fiber: 0
DELICIOUSNESS: like rotten milk!

Greek Yogurt is not for me! Guess i'll find my protein somewhere else!

  1. Please don't give up on Greek Yogurt. It is HIGH in protein. Yes, plain tastes like YUCK and the brand makes a huge difference. Get the FAGE brand 2% plain and mix in 3-4 packets of Splenda. I gaurantee that you'll love it :)

  2. agreed. Plain greek yogurt is the yuck. I tend to get the flavors. probably a few more calories, but much yummier, and still protein!
