It isn't your job to like me, it is mine. Byron Katie
Lorie this is great!! I love you so much and can't wait to see you do this! You are the strongest and most determined person I know-and thats the truth! It really means a lot to me that you included me in your journey. Really. And way to go already! Keep up the good work! I would love to hang out with you sometime, but I know how we are all busy. Really, though, I can't wait to see what you do! Good luck!
Candace I appreciate you so much! Thanks for being so supportive and joining me on this adventure! :)
CHECK YOU OUT!
Yea for 50 lbs!!! You are awesome! I wish I lived closer so I could go to the gym with you!
Thanks Rachel and Ashley! I love both of your faces and wish you were both closer... how much fun would we have?
I'm so excited for you, Lorie! I really am. I remember how it felt to do that. (Hopefully I'll get to feel that way again!);) I also want you to know that you've stayed just as beautiful on the inside as you ever were. I think you've kept a very down-to-earth, humble attitude as you've dropped the lbs, and I hope you don't let anybody's comments (even if they're playfully joking) get to you. Lap band or not, you've worked really hard to get where you are. It wasn't just a magic fix, and you deserve to see the results you are getting! It's been great to see you go through this experience, and I too am very grateful that you've included me in it! I'm glad we can work out together sometimes. It's always easier to stay on track when somebody else is doing it with you. Anyway, I'm rambling on now... I have a tendency to do that, you know:) Just want you to know how proud I am and how much I love you! Can't wait to see what the next couple of months bring!
Holly, your post means so MUCH to me:) I know she was kidding, but I always worry about it. Also, thanks for recognizing that I've put a lot of hard work into it! I really don't feel like it has been and "easy fix" the Band just gave me the push that I needed! :) .... and I love you too (awkward.)
