Weigh in

yep, you read that right.

Up 3 pounds from last week... or some such.

I've been working out, eating decent (ok, ok, ok not good, but I've sure eaten worse.)

And I am up.

I'm cranky.

Blah!

  2. yeah, since I'm pretty sure I'm up, I'm just not going to weigh :D I cope by denial..it works for me. It's even worse when you're actually doing okay with your food. Hang in there
