weekly weigh

Start weight: 277
Last weeks weight: 172.2
This weeks weight: 172.2 (Seriously, exactly the same. How did that happen?)
Total Loss: 104.8 pounds.

I'm doing much better with food and exercise. Running my butt off and keeping the sugar/carbs under control. Still finding my weight loss "style" if that makes sense. I'll do a post on it some time soon.

Oh, does horse riding count as workout Wednesday? Going for a ride in the mountains with my brother, sister and my brothers girl! :) Maybe I'll take a picture...
