Wednesday Weigh

Start weight: 277
Last weeks weight: 170.5
This weeks weigh: 167.5

Loss for the week: -3 pounds! Boooya!

Total loss: 109.5. We aren't going to talk about how one time this summer I was at 162. Nope. Just going to keep on keeping on. A 3 pound loss at this stage in the games is pretty dang awesome!

Work out Wednesday is finished. Weights and some cardio this AM with my little brother.

  1. I saw you yesterday at the gym. I was creepily spying on you from the dark spin room ha ha ha ;) If you get feeling CRAZY you should come to the bootcamp/crossfit class at 5:30 AM! Its great fun. You look great!!
